Forrest Gump is a movie drama story adapted in 1994 of a novel of the same name published in 1985, written by Winston Groom. The film was directed by Robert Zemeckis and led by Tom Hanks. Besides Hanks, act prominent figures like Robin Wright Penn (Jenny Curran), Gary Sinise (Lieutenant They Give), Taylor Mykelti Williamson (Pvt. Benjamin Buford 'Bubba') and Blue Sally Field (Ms. Gump). Forrest Gump had 13 nominations to the Oscars and won in 6, like Best Movie, Best Director and Better Actor.
